Finally, if you can't find your question answered here, you're welcome to fill in the feedback form which is reviewed regularly. Please include the following information :
- Your MSGTAG version number. This can be found in MSGTAG's Help->About window.
- The operating system of your computer, such as Windows XP or Windows 2000.
- The e-mail software you are using, such as Outlook, Outlook Express, or Eudora.
- The type of Internet connection you have, such as Dial-up, DSL, or LAN.
- The name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- A list of any other software that was running when the problem occurred. Norton's Anti-Virus, AVG, and other security products are good examples of what to list here.
